Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Regis Landscaping website. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Website Information
The website provides general information about landscaping, hardscaping, excavation, property services, landscape materials, and related services. We try to keep information useful and current, but site content may be incomplete, contain errors, or change without notice. Photos and examples are illustrative and do not promise an identical result for a particular property.
Estimate and Service Requests
A form submission, phone call, message, appointment request, or preliminary discussion is a request for information only. It is not an acceptance of work, a guaranteed appointment, a final estimate, or a binding contract. Scope, price, taxes, schedule, materials, site conditions, exclusions, payment terms, warranties, and other project requirements will be set out in a written proposal, work order, or agreement when applicable.
If these website terms conflict with a signed proposal or service agreement, the signed agreement controls for that project.
Material Inquiries Are Not Online Orders
The website does not offer online ordering or payment for landscape materials. A material request form is not an order, reservation, purchase, or delivery booking. Product names, descriptions, coverage guidance and uses are informational and may change.
Material prices identified on this website as 2025 reference prices are provided for preliminary planning, not as current quotes. Confirm current pricing, units, taxes, availability, pickup or delivery details and any applicable fees with Regis before making arrangements.
An order or pickup or delivery arrangement exists only after Regis staff confirms the exact product, unit, quantity, current price, tax, minimums, availability, loading or delivery requirements, access conditions, timing, and payment arrangements. Staff confirmation controls over website information.
Your Responsibilities
When contacting us or requesting work, you agree to provide accurate information and to update it if circumstances change. Depending on the service, customers may be responsible for:
- providing safe and reasonable access to the property, work area, pickup vehicle, or delivery location;
- identifying known underground or hidden utilities, irrigation, septic components, private wiring, property restrictions, and hazards;
- obtaining owner, association, municipal, or other approvals unless a written agreement states otherwise;
- ensuring delivery routes and dump locations are suitable for the requested truck and load; and
- following staff instructions for pickup, loading, unloading, storage, and safe use of materials.
Do not submit passwords, Social Security numbers, financial-account credentials, medical information, or other sensitive information through website forms.
Communications
We use the information submitted through this website’s request form to review and respond to your request by phone or email. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to promotional email or text messages.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or deceptive content, impersonate another person, scrape the site in a way that burdens our systems, or use the website to violate law or the rights of others.
Intellectual Property
Website content may be protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Any reuse must comply with applicable law and any required permission from the relevant rights holder. Some images are illustrative planning examples and do not document completed Regis projects, equipment, material inventory or customer properties.
Third-Party Services and Links
The website may link to maps, social-media sites, review platforms, or other third-party services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, content, security, or privacy practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its general information are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free content, suitability for a particular project, or a specific result. Nothing on the website replaces a site-specific assessment, current staff confirmation, or the terms of a written agreement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so part of this section may not apply to you.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Regis Landscaping will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from use of, or inability to use, this website. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited and does not replace remedies or obligations stated in an applicable signed service agreement.
Governing Law
These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the website, services, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to subsequent website use.
